Negative unintended consequences case study

Recommended structure: Lead in with a description of the policy and what it is intended to
achieve, but can be abbreviated because your audience is someone who has read your paper
(me!). Summarize a couple of from the studies you reviewed in the literature that
speak to previous findings about the policy, and separate these into those that found the policy to
be (strengths), and those that found it be ineffective, difficult to
implement, or as having . If there is very little research, this in
itself is a weakness, because the policy is not really “tested’ yet to determine effectiveness.
Conclude with where the you: did you it is or is not good policy,
